What Our Call Will Cover

During the call, we’ll keep it simple and practical. We’ll cover:

  • What you do and how your business makes money

  • What’s currently working in your bookkeeping and tax setup

  • What feels messy, unclear, or stressful right now

  • Your goals for cash flow, reporting, and tax planning

  • Whether it makes sense to work together, and what that would look like

By the end of the call, you’ll know:
✅ what you’re earning
✅ what you likely owe
✅ what to fix next to reduce surprises and stay ahead

What to Prepare (Optional)

You don’t need to prepare anything heavy.
But if you have any of these handy, it helps me guide you faster:

  • Your most recent tax return (business or personal)

  • Your bookkeeping platform (QuickBooks, Xero, spreadsheet, etc.)

  • Rough monthly revenue range

  • Any IRS or tax notices (if applicable)

  • 2–3 questions you want answered on the call

Even if you have none of these, you’re still fine. We’ll meet you where you are.
